How this schedule works
Source. The “Bus Reservations” spreadsheet in the Drive Church Bus folder, kept in step with the calendar and The Messenger newsletter.
The rule. Homeschool Fellowship field trips and Senior Adult trips both reserve the church bus, and they must never share a date. A new date is checked against this list before it is added; any clash is flagged right away.
What is listed. Only trips that reserve the bus. Regular Homeschool chapel days at the church do not use the bus and are not listed here.
Updates. When Walt has a new trip date, he tells Muse and it goes on the sheet and this page, the same day if he asks, otherwise at the monthly check on the 1st.
